Blessings!
Thanksgivings and blessings my dear friend!
As I am sitting here at my little desk in Boulder, Colorado on New Year’s Eve, there are thoughts of this year that we are finishing as of today, today being Saturday December 31, 2022. All of us have a story to tell… and we should tell that story. Why? I think it is because no one can come against you for your story… that’s your story, and it is what it is, be it right, wrong, or unrelatable… it is your story!
For me this has been a year that I hoped to double my 2021 output in the ministry… but alas, that did not happen. Actually it turned out to be one of my lesser years of ministry… from my perspective. Yes, there were an untold number of souls touched for heaven, and many heard the gospel from a different angle… and quite possibly have decided to go to work for God.
This year 2023 I am continuing my numbers that I had for 2022. However, I see what I did wrong or not so good and have corrected those things… nothing bad, just things that could be better. Yes, even when we walk in the Spirit and follow Jesus Christ, we make mistakes… could that be one more reason why God calls us “children”… that’s how I see myself, just a kid growing up in the kingdom of God, and my DAD loves me!
For anyone reading this that doesn’t know me, I’m turning 70 in 2023 and have been a minister since 1974. Lots of things have happened while serving as a called minister of the Lord Jesus Christ. The outstanding thing that continually gets me excited… even today, is that I’m still serving God with all my heart and soul… and God is not done with me, nor has tossed me aside. I am so blessed to be serving after so many decades of mountains and valleys and deserts… I owe my life to my Saviour and Lord… there is nothing in this world that can take my love away for Jesus Christ. Nothing!
Let’s all pray,
in the name of the Lord Jesus…
“”O Lord Jesus, you love us so very very much… your love sometimes overwhelms us… but we simply humble ourselves before you… and simply say, thank you. Amen.”
Moving on… let’s continue through our Sunday Prayer Letter…
Scriptures.
Title. “Glorify God”—Part 4 of 4”
Base Scripture. First Peter 4:16. King James Bible. KJV. “Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.”
Conversation. If you have been around our ministry for any length of time, you might have noticed that we talk our sermon, rather than screaming a message with loudness. We do preach and we do minister the way the Holy Ghost is showing us here at our church and ministry. Remember, don’t copy; simply follow the Spirit of truth. Therefore, our preach sometimes sounds like a conversation… which to me is just fine, because the Holy Ghost knows who is listening and what needs they have. Once again, we are to be willing and obedient to the Spirit of God. This make our life and our ministry much easier to do.
Exercise. Typically, we are always looking for growth in the kingdom of God. We do this by studying the word of truth, by keeping the Lord’s commandments, and by living the life of a Christian as the holy scriptures reveal to us. In this way, we grow by faith and live by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The following are the Holy Scriptures for each of the seven parts for each day of this week… Sunday January 1, 2023.
We’re preaching the holy scriptures from the King James Bible, daily throughout the week, if the Lord will, and I’m physically able. Also, along with filming our street sermons each day for our video channel, recording our audio podcasts, sending out weekly emails, and regular updates to our website pages… all together appear to be ministering to a multitude of people, and is “good ground.” All to the glory of God. Amen.

A short recap or a point of view from my perspective for this week.
All to often when I think about giving a review or a highlight and even a recap of what these holy scriptures tell us for this week… my mind sort of becomes quite, because, it sees to me that all of us have our own connection to God by his Spirit.
Then who am I to give what the Holy Ghost will give to you? I’m only a servant, not some big wig in the ministry. I say this because I see and hear to many that act and talk as if they are the source of someone’s goodness and that only through them can the people know God. I want to throw up just writing that… it turns my stomach.
There are multitudes of humble servants in the world, all serving Almighty God by his power through the Holy Ghost. I am just one of the many multitudes. Thank you for even reading this letter.
Whatever it is that we do for the Lord Jesus and for his kingdom, we are to give it all to God through praise and worship, by giving God glory… which is to say, we don’t take the glory away from God.
If you see, in these scriptures for this week, you may have noticed that they refer to praise, and faith, and miracles… which is the series we may be starting next week after this one. I find it totally fascinating how the Holy Ghost is moving and building the kingdom of God…. at least that is the way I say it and speak it, and see it in the holy scriptures.
Therefore, let’s all walk in the Spirit and not in our own ability. Amen.
Let’s all pray,
in the name of the Lord Jesus…
“Thank you Lord Jesus for all that you have done for us. Help us, by your precious Spirit, to give back to you love and service and whatever it is that pleases the Father. So often Lord Jesus we come to a stand still on how to show you our love for you. Thank you Holy Spirit for teaching us how to love our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We love you Holy Spirit. And we give glory to our heavenly Father, in our Lord’s name, Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, we humbly pray. Amen.”
In humble service,
Psalm 113:6 (KJV) Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!
Proverbs 16:19 (KJV) Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.
James 4:10 (KJV) Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
Amen, and Amen.

God bless you my friend!
I love you very much.
WHY does GEC use the Sunday Prayer Letter?
Our Gospel Evangelist Church—Sunday Prayer Letter is “endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit” in the bond of peace, with one accord; by scriptures, by prayer, and by touch: in fellowship and breaking of bread: with service, letters, emails, websites, podcasts, live stream broadcasting, video content, published books, text messages, and whatsoever.
This peculiar prayer letter is what we use as an outline for preaching the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ; for our “street sermon messages” our “church school” our “house churches” and our “church assembly” and all to the glory of God.
This may be an easy and smooth way for all of us to be apart of, and involved in, how God is building Gospel Evangelist Church—”Touching People For Heaven”. Amen.
