Greetings my friend! Today is November 1, 2025 and the month of some very good things in the kingdom of heaven. Now, of course we are also fully aware that not all things are good on this planet. That’s a stone cold fact! However as Christians, followers of Christ, The Word of God, we look not at the world and at all of its problems. Instead we look to our Saviour, and interestingly so, also called the Saviour of the world. Crazy isn’t it? I say that because some people all over the world look to everything but God, the Saviour of the world. If they would simply call on the Lord Jesus Christ, their problems would have solutions presented to them. Why? Because God loved the whole world that he gave his only begotten Son… and that is for every single soul on this earth. Therefore, let’s all continue serving Christ where he has placed us, and serve with all our heart. Does that sound like a good deal to you? I hope so, because I love you too friend!

Have you thought about what we all said when we left the last school we were apart of? For me it was Earl Wooster High School in Reno, Nevada (Graduated in Class of ’71). However, I was also apart of about five different universities and colleges! I flunked out of all of them… and after the last one, I went trucking at age 23, May 1977. I retired at age 63, April 2017, after about 40 years and well over 3,000,000 miles throughout this whole lower 48 states. Wow, what a life I’ve lived as a long-haul trucker… yes, I’ve seen a lot!
I studied at the University of Nevada, Reno. I studied at Spokane Community College, Washington. I studied at North Idaho College. I studied at Tide Water Community College, Virginia (just one day!). I even went one day to the University of Colorado, Boulder (But just to check on my application, which they did accept for the General Education degree, but I quit the first day even before getting started!)
There are some other schools in that mix that I’ve forgotten and didn’t feel led to look them up at this time. I could have, and I could also give much of my story about why I’ve flunked out or quit all these schools of study.
But there is one school that I have not ever quit. And that school is, THE WORD OF TRUTH. This is the bible, The Holy Bible. The Christian book that believers of the Lord Jesus Christ should all be in study of… oh boy, now that is a mouth full or maybe a misnomer!
But I will not at this time talk about how believers should study the word of truth… although I sure wish they would!
Every answer we need is actually in the bible. I wonder why I believe this so much? I think it is because of my fifty years of living with Jesus Christ as a born of the Spirit, born-again believer, that with all my mistakes and mess ups of seeking after man for more knowledge that I’ve finally given up and now only seek after the word of truth by the power of the holy Ghost.
Herein lies my greatest success… I seek after my God with all my heart and he leads me by his Spirit through his word, and for some this is frustrating, but for me this is perfect, because I believe the word of truth.
Please remember that I don’t agree with nor do I believe every bible out there is the word… I use too. But when I stopped seeking after man’s teaching and doctrine, the holy Ghost put me into the King James Bible, and now recently has placed me into the Authorized Version 1611… and oh boy, what a joy this has been!
I so believe this 1611 First Edition of God’s holy word. It is so smooth and understandable to me… and mind you, I’m a flunky! Maybe that is why I clearly see and understand this Holy Bible of 1611.
I ask many that I meet, What about the bible you are reading? And they, like me, look dumb-founded, just like me, when God asked me that question years ago.
There truly is a difference in the different books and the different printings and the different editions… and it goes on and on… What about the bible you are reading?
