This is my only day off from preaching and ministry. And also my time to rest in the LORD JESUS CHRIST. I pray and read the word of God and fellowship and communion of the Holy Ghost (II Corinthians 13:14, KJV). I do no outside activities, this day is with the LORD only.

Kindly note that this is not by law... I observe the Sabbath because when I moved to Boulder to build GEC (for the seventh time) the Spirit asked me to set aside tomorrow, (which was Saturday), as a rest, a Sabbath in the Lord; and spend the day with the Lord. This has been one of the greatest directives every given me... because, if I had not obeyed this commandment... I know I would have burned out already! No doubt about it, absolutely! Teaching: "If you love me, keep my commandments." Wise advice from the only wise God our Saviour! Amen.

In the late afternoon, when prompted by the Holy Ghost, I sit down at my desk and write the GEC—Sunday Prayer Letter which then goes out at about 5 AM BOULDER TIME MST Sunday morning's, along with the podcast episode of this letter, including the ministry website of the Sunday Prayer Letter.
