GEC is of the church of the living God at Boulder and Colorado; which is called to teach the word of truth, to send evangelists to preach the gospel of God, and to minister the spiritual gifts of the Holy Ghost; doing all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, giving glory and thanks to God the Father, which is in heaven. Amen, and Amen.”

“And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer.”
—Matthew 21:13 King James Bible.
“And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia.”
—Acts 15:23 King James Bible.
PRAYER.
In the name of the Lord Jesus.
“Lord Jesus, you are our inheritance. There is nothing in this world that we desire. You are everything to us, your bride. We look to you for all our need. You keep us and protect us and provide to us like a good husband easily does. You are the perfect husband. We love you Jesus, and not just because you are our inheritance, but rather that you gave your life so that we may live, we who believe, gladly and humbly accept your forgiveness of sins. Thank you JESUS, we love you. Amen.”
Acts 26:18 (KJB) To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Hebrews 9:15 (KJB) And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
GREETING.
Hello my friend! God bless you and keep you this day and every day, amen.
When we step out to serve Christ, we do it with humility. There is no pride in us. We are meek and humble. We have laid down our lives to serve Christ Jesus, and to love people… yes, even if they appear to be our enemy. We know that Christ has overcome the world, and that we are in Christ and have overcome the world. Therefore, we trust in the Lord through all the trials and tribulations that befall a believer.
We also know that times change as the age of this earth grows dim. The world is passing away. There is nothing that mankind can do to stop the aging of this world, nothing.
Therefore, what we do for the Lord Jesus Christ is the work he has called all believers to do, namely preaching the gospel in all the different manners that he showed us. And with this, he has provided his Spirit to give us the power to preach and to teach and to heal and to cast out devils. We have no lack in Christ.
One of our labours that we do in this current season of the world is to wake up the body of Christ. It appears that many have fallen asleep, even though they live. I say this because, soul winning has changed since I started preaching back in the 70’s. Life is not the same, politics are not the same, finances are not the same, and wars are not the same. Yes, we understand the word that says, there is nothing new under the sun.
However, we also understand that there are seasons. And we also understand that seasons are different. One season doesn’t match the previous season, nor the upcoming season. Thus we must adapt to each new season.
And this is where some ministers have fallen away. It’s not an easy task for mankind to change. We tend to resist change. And that sounds like, “We’ve always done it this way!”
In my own ministry that the Lord Jesus has had me in for decades has changed many times, so many times that I’ve lost count, sort of speak. And what catches my attention is that the Lord has not given up on me, nor has he taken his Spirit from me, nor has he put me on the sidelines out of the ministry.
The Lord Jesus Christ has me serving as one of his ministers. And I gladly accept the calling of God on my life. And I fully know what that calling is, and am fully trained to fulfill the calling of God on my life.
And that is why I sit down each Saturday Sabbath to write this Sunday Prayer Letter.
My only sadness in this is, that many who are in my life, do not partake of this letter, nor are they interested in this letter that the Holy Ghost has given us, and of the number of hours required to put this letter together and into the hands of the people.
What do I do then? I keep on moving and doing what God has called me to do. I let God be God. And God let’s me be me. It’s a great and wonderful “partnership” … Alleluia. Amen, and Amen.
Ecclesiastes 1:9 (KJB) The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
Philemon 17 (KJB) If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself.
Luke 5:10 (KJB) And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.
Revelation 19:1 (KJB) And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
PRAYER.
In the name of the Lord Jesus.
“Lord Jesus, we praise you. We give you honour and glory and power. We love you with all our heart and soul and strength and mind. We give you all that we are. We hold nothing back. You are our God and our Saviour and our Lord, for ever and ever, without end. Amen.”
Mark 12:30 (KJB) And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
Romans 8:28 (KJB) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Psalm 150:6 (KJB) Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

The purpose of the above diagram is for structuring the scriptures during this year “Season 2024-FIRE” of preaching on the 506 verses that contain the word “fire”. The “X’s” are the verses with the word “fire” that begins at both ends of the horizontal bar moving toward the center. The “&” is called an ampersand. (There is suppose to be only one long ampersand, top to bottom, but I’m unable to do that on this software.) This ampersand is used in the 1611 King James Bible to indicate great importance, in this diagram it represents a soldier of Jesus Christ.
“In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:”
—Ephesians 1:11 King James Bible.
“His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.”
—Revelation 19:12 King James Bible.
“Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.”
—2 Timothy 2:3 King James Bible.

PRAYER.
In the name of the Lord Jesus.
“Lord Jesus, thank you for giving us your word, your written word, so that we may read and study and meditate on your pure word, thus filling our spirit and mind with your holy word, giving us godly thoughts and godly desires; and growing our faith by your word. This is all an amazing wonder to us. We love you JESUS. Amen.”
Proverbs 30:5 (KJB) Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
Romans 10:17 (KJB) So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Matthew 1:21 (KJB) And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
Remembrance. Prayer.
“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”
—John 14:26 King James Bible.
“Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”
—Philippians 1:4-6 King James Bible.
REMEMBRANCE.
My friend, when I sit down at my desk to write these letters, it nearly always seems like I enter into some sort of space in the spirit… and honestly, it reminds me of how the Apostle John might have felt when he said, I was in the spirit on the Lord’s day; and he then began to write the letter or book called Revelation.
To some this might appear odd or peculiar, and I would agree, sort of… but when I write the Sunday Prayer Letter it’s not like any of the other things that I do for our missionary church and street ministry.
And I suppose this is why last week was so intensely difficult for me, personally speaking. And the why is because I did not move to write last week’s letter on the Sabbath rest that I do on Saturday’s.
In the past, the Lord has given me grace on the days that I’ve missed in writing the letter. However, as the time has gone on, the grace has changed a little bit, and the Holy Ghost has quickened me to write in the season that is set aside to write, which is on the Sabbath for me. This is because, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath, as Jesus taught. And the Apostle Paul in his gospel also taught that there are no holy days (as under the law) and that all the days are the same (same being holy, for the believer).
I think what I’m attempting to say is, there is a season for everything that the Lord wants us to, thus it’s our job to do it on time and not to dilly dally around!
And this is not as easy as it looks… why? Because mankind has a lazy streak that is rather large and wide. You know what I mean?
Moving on… let’s pray.
PRAYER.
In the name of the Lord Jesus.
“Lord Jesus, it’s clear that there is a time for everything under the sun. And I suppose you have a very clear purpose on why that is so. We humbly ask O Lord to help us to get the work done on time and in the proper season. And also to show us when to do the work and when to cease from the work. Because even when you were here in your earthly ministry, you had your ministers take rest at certain times, and even you rested. We thank you Lord Jesus for being our example and giving us instructions. We love you Lord. Amen.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJB) To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
Psalm 104:27 (KJB) These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
John 13:15 (KJB) For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
Hebrews 4:11 (KJB) Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
Following the example of Christ,
—JC.
Mark 16:20 (KJB) And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
1 Peter 2:21 (KJB) For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
1 Timothy 4:12 (KJB) Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
Amen, and Amen.
